just looking for some ideas on how to decorate my daughters room. once the time comes to switch from a crib to a toddler bed i want to redecorate. i want to do something very original (not all pink and purple with ponies).

Two of my sons ages 5 & 8 share a room, they love dinosaurs, reptiles etc. and want this as a theme for their bedroom. I have several ideas in mind for the bedding, but would like to as a touch to the walls. They are white now and the carpet is tan which is helpful. All of the bedding sets I am considering are good colors one is tan/beige with dinosaurs, one is burgundy, and one is blue. What can i do to the walls to add character and pull form the bedding. I am also still looking for unique bedding, I have tried Target and The Company Store, you can go on line ans see what I’m talking about. I want a room that is not toddler like as my 5 year old acts like my 8 year old.

I am looking for a light/lamp but i really don’t know what they are called. They are the lamps that show images on the wall. The most familiar one that i can think of is like the dinosaur one. The outside rotates and makes it project the image of dinosaurs on the walls as it rotates.

Does anyone know what these night lights are called or where i can find one?

ok, i want to decorate my 2 year old girls room but we are on a budget and i have to do this at a fairly cheap price and i need ideas of all kinds so anything will help. She will be sharing her room with her baby brother (due in may) but the room is divided up. the carpet is like a maroon color( nothing i can do about that , at least not right now) the walls and ceiling are white with nothing on them at all. she has hot pink curtains over the window. Her bed is plane and white toddler bed with princess sheets and pillow case. She has all different size stuffed animals and all kinds of toys. And before anyone says anything…..im not good and building things. please help me if you can…thank you

So my daughter is moving into her new toddler bed and room and I would like to decorate it for her.Im not sure how i want to go about it though.
